Costs incurred by a passenger as a result of a delay on any transfer including failure to make connections with other services are the responsibility of the passenger.
Any changes to the original booking are not guaranteed. Any waiting time (that can be facilitated) will be charged at $30 per 15 mins.
Travel insurance is recommended and is available from your Travel Agent.
Return changes should be advised as soon as possible.
We have limited capacity for luggage, please advise us of how many bags you will have at the time of booking.
Any cancelations 48 hours prior to travel will be non-refundable. Cancelation fee of 10% applies for all other bookings. Late changes to a booking may incur a fee.
In the event of the ship being delayed it is important that you please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to the pickup time.
We do our best to monitor the ships arrival but we cannot rely on information always being updated in time. We will endeavour to accommodate the change but in the event of a major delay we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be waiting for you on arrival or that you will have the vehicle of your choice.
If you are late disembarking and insufficient notice is given and the vehicle is already waiting for you at the time booked, waiting time will be charged at $30 per 15 minutes or full payment will still be required if the ship fails to dock. There will be no extra charges if we have enough notice and the vehicle has not been sent. We recommend customers should have travel insurance.
