As a locally owned and operated business in Wollongong and the greater Illawarra area for the past 30 years, we believe it’s important to ensure that not only are our customers treated well and cared for, but so are our valued staff. As a licensed operator, we have been approved by the Point to Point Commission NSW (part of transport NSW and the NSW Government) to provide passenger transport.

We have public liability insurance over and above the recommended and legal limits set by the governing bodies to insure that should any incident arise we and you are covered.

We have proper passenger transport insurance. This insurance covers us for taking paid passengers and is only available for NSW operators from Global Transport Insurance. If you are traveling with anyone that is not insured with GT Insurance then you need to ask yourself if this is a safe option for you and your family and your belongings.

Our vehicles are registered for passenger transport as required by law, this means that our CTP greenslip (Injury Compensation Insurance) is also covering you as a paid passenger. Again, a must for you and your family in the event of an accident.

Our local staff are all paid above award wages. We, the owners, are also local. This means the money you spend with us stays local which is vital in ensuring the Illawarra can keep thriving.

Public holiday rates & after hour rates are used to pay your driver extra on these days and times. It is becoming more common practise for some businesses to charge a public holiday surcharge and not pass this on to the staff (the only reason this is charged in the first place). We do not believe this is ethical and practice what we preach.

So next time you get a cheap quote for your next airport transfer, cruise transfer or any other type of transport, ask yourself is this really the best option. With us you know you are safe, your money is staying locally and the driver is getting paid properly. We aren’t called Superior for nothing.
