We try and monitor all incoming international flights and understand delays occur. We ask if you are made aware of any delays before boarding your flight you please notify us via email or phone/text of these delays.
We allow up to 1 hour of waiting time after the flight has landed in Sydney for you to get through customs. After this time, a waiting surcharge will occur to cover costs of parking and wages etc. This will be at a rate of $15 for up to and including every 15 minutes, payable to the driver. If there are extenuating circumstances i.e. strikes or emergencies this fee may be waived.
The driver may attempt to make contact with you after your flight has landed. After 90 minutes if you have not made contact with the driver or Superior Hire Cars, your car service may leave and you will be charged at full price.
Please understand we are having to implement this due to increased costs at the airport and to ensure other passengers services are not disrupted.
In the event of the ship being delayed it is important that you please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments to the pickup time. You can ring us or send a text to our mobile 0409 991 704.
We do our best to monitor the ships arrival but we cannot rely on information always being updated in time. We will endeavour to accommodate the change but in the event of a major delay we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be waiting for you on arrival or that you will have the vehicle of your choice.
If you are late disembarking and insufficient notice is given and the vehicle is already waiting for you at the time booked, waiting time will be charged at $15 per 15 minutes or full payment will still be required if the ship fails to dock. There will be no extra charges if we have enough notice and the vehicle has not been sent. We recommend customers should have travel insurance.
